Had to have a play with my new Sweet Ebony stamp "Picking Apples" from Sugar Nellie. It arrived yesterday when I was at work but don't work Thursdays (apart from house work & shopping lol) so had a bit of time this afternoon too have a play! X
Yesterday I recieved this lovely wallet card and beautiful Tilda and Sugar Nellie images from my good Do Crafts friend Katy aka Krafty Katy from Katysbloggeroo . I sent her some Panduro stamped images and yesterday she was busy making cards for charity with them. Pop over to her blog and take a look at what she made, they are soooo beautiful! My doodles have been spotted and I have been approached by someone (can't say who just yet) and asked if I would design some stamps. Everything is top secret at the moment but will let you know more at a later date. In the meantime here is a peek at my Ducky Doodle you will be seeing a lot more of him!X
Heidi is offering the chance to win one of the beautiful Hanglar and Stangler stamps as blog candy along with some other H&S stamped images. I love these stamps but they are impossible to get hold of here in the UK at the moment. I have heard a rumour they may be coming into the country soon, Can't wait! In the mean time I have all my fingers and toes crossed hoping to win one from Heidi !X
I had to make a thank you card today for someone and came across a new challenge site called Stamp Something and this weeks challenge is to make a thank you card. I love the colours lime and lilac so decided to also enter the Papertake Weekly Callenge this weeks theme being "Lucious Lime And Lilac". So I made one card which fit both challenges and here it is! X
This photo has come out a little dark as it as been such a dull day today after all the lovely sunshine we have had lately. Anyway I have made this today for fathers day using this weeks Ismaki sketch and my new Penny Black stamp "Aren't You Lovely".
Too hot today to make cards! I have done my house work and now there is only one thing left to do and that is go make a bacardi and coke and sit in the garden! The chances of me making a card that isn't wonky after that is pretty slim so I will leave the card making for today lol!X
My April entry for Fabs Big Christmas Challenge . I made this using Pink Petticoats "Lola Rose Occasions" , background paper and "Girly Curly sentiments". Watercoloured with Jelly Roll Stardust Pens and stickles glue added after for extra sparkle.
Thought I would add this one too as I think it fits the bill.It's a card I made some time ago of my little dog Gem which I doodled myself. She is wearing a jewel on her collar too!
Had another play with my Lola's Tea Party stamp this afternoon. I used the same colours as Rachael Anne Miller has this image coloured on her website. I bought a new pack of 36 Faber-Castell watercolour pencils and wanted to try them out.X
Michelle over at The Card Grotto is celebrating 40,000 hits on her blog by giving away some gorgeous candy. Michelle is an amazing card maker and has given me lots of inspiration since I found my new hobby!X
Made for Cute Card Thurdays challenge, the theme this week being "In The Garden" . Somebody on the Do Crafts Website is asking for cards to be sent to a little girl in hostpital who is awaiting a bone marrow transplant so I am going to send this to her.
