I am late finishing this DT card today which means I have photographed it under my daylight lamp as I have lost the natural daylight....oh I hate Winter!
I do like making Christmas cards though :)
Here is my card for the 'Gem of a Challenge' halfway reminder for challenge 58
The theme has been set by Sazzle and it is Polka Dots/Spots
For my card I have used my new 'Licorice Ice' downloadable papers shown in the post below and I have to say I just love them as they print out beautifully!
I have used one of the little penguins from 'Penguin Set 2' and a sentiment from Christmas Circle Sentiments Set
I have used the transparent png file for the sentiment....layered over some pattern paper then printed it out.......can you see how the white snowflake stayed in the image and the pattern printed behind it......you can get really creative with these sentiments :)
I have also used
Spellbinders Edgeabilities Classic Petal (for the edges of the card)
Ribbon gems and brads from stash
