New Releases & News Update!

Nine new stamps have just been released for pre order over at Pink Gem Designs but these will not be available for dispatch before Wednesday 14th January..........and the other news is Max & Milly are coming to live at Pink Gem Designs!

Many of you will already be familiar with the range of Max & Milly stamps which were designed by me but have been sold through Spiral Whisper. Over the next few months Max & Milly will be moving to Pink Gem Designs and a selection of desgins will be available later this month. Some of these will be existing designs however there also be some brand new designs. Please keep watching the blog for futher details

Here are a couple of photos of me with my little Grandaughter Mia (Mimi) and my dog little Gem taken over the Christmas holidays.

It's been a fantastic year for me since I began card making in October 2007. I like to do a bit of doodling too and have set up my own stamp company called Pink Gem Designs which we launched on November 7th 2008. The response so far has been fantastic! I would just like to say a big thank you to all my followers, blogging friends and customers for all their support over the last year.........Happy New Year Everybody!

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge

This is my entry for this weeks Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge. I have used my Knitting Cow stamp which is stamp of the week over on Pink Gem Designs. The image has been coloured with distress inks and stickles glitter glue. DP - Pink Petticoat, CS - Bazill Bling, Ribbon, flowers (poundland), & stick on sentiment from stash. X

Cute Card Thursday

This is my entry for Cute Card Thursday Challenge and this week you had to use punches on your card. I have used Party Mimi which is stamp of the week over on Pink Gem Designs. This beautiful stamp is priced at £3.25 instead of the usual price of £3.95 until Midnight on Sunday 14th December. Mimi has been coloured with distress inks and stickles glitter glue. CS - Bazill Bling, DP - Kaban, stick on sentiment, star gems and ribbon from stash. I have used a Kars emboss and cut border punch and a X-cut flower punch.

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge

This is my entry for this weeks Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge the theme is embossing Wet or dry. I have used my Mimi With Hat & Coat stamp avaiable for sale at Pink Gem Designs. Mimi has been coloured with distress inks and stickles glitter glue. The tree stamp is by Papermania. CS - Bazill Bling. Sentiment- Craftwork Cards . Felt snowflakes by Craftworks. Cuttlebug snowflakes embossing folder and my new Kars border punch was used on the white Bazill Card. X

My Entry for this weeks Cute Card Thursday where the theme this week is "hearts". I have used my "Cat With Cuppa" stamp which is for sale over at Pink Gem Designs. The Cat has been coloured with Tim Holtz distress inks. CS is Bazill Bling, Fiskars heart border punch has been used on the CS, ribbon, gems, and stick on sentiment from stash. The flowers are Prima.X

Ismaki Challenge

My entry for this weeks Ismaki Challenge using Mimi & Snowman stamp which is available to buy at Pink Gem Designs. The image has been coloured using Whispers Strokes Markers and Stickles Glitter Glue. CS is Bazill Bling with Cuttlebug embossing borders and Snowflake Cut/emboss die used with it. Sentiment was printed on the computer.X

Christmas Card For My Parents

I don't usualy make A5 cards but wanted to make a special Christmas card to send to my parents. I have used "Winter Mimi" again, which is available now from Pink Gem Designs and she has been coloured with distress inks and Stickles. Bazill Bling Card stock, Inkcraft corregated card, stamps from my collection, ribbon, and the lovely felt snowflakes are made by Craft Work and are available at Do Craft stockists

I have used a new download called "Lilly" and she is available from Grab A Doodle Do and she was designed by the very talented Sally-Ann Hancock. Isn't she a sweetie? News Flash!!

Sorry I have not been around lately but I have been very busy for the last two weeks as I will be launching my own clear stamp buisness later this week which will be known as Pink Gem Designs. I will be starting off with a brand new range of Mimi cute girly stamps which will be available to buy through my new blog. Here is a sneak preview of one of the new stamps, Grooming Mimi. I hope to have everything up and running in the next few days. I will still be designing for Spiral Whisper and hopefully Kitty will soon be feeling better and will be able to get her website up and running again.X
