I have stamped the image with 'Memento Rich Cocoa' and coloured her with Copics and Prismas

Meg meets Friday Sketchers

Meg & the sentiment have been stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa (love this!) and coloured with Prisma pencils and blended with Sansador

Bunny Milly

Well the Easter eggs are in the shops so I thought I would make an Easter card today!

I have used 'Bunny Milly' and the round 'Easter Sentiment' which are from Pink Gem Designs

I once read if you stamp your images in brown ink rather than black they look softer

I have tried it but never been happy.....probably because I couldn't find a dark enough brown.

Well I have stamped Milly and the sentiment with Memento Rich Cocoa.........and it's just the right shade of brown........I love it and will definately use it again

The image has been coloured with Ciao Copics and glamour dust added to her bunny suit

I am pleased to tell you that Pink Gem Designs is now stocking my favorite Inks

We have Momento Ink in Tuxedo Black and Rich Cocoa. These are fab to stamp your images if you are colouring with Copics, Promarkers or pencils with Sansador because the lines won't bleed.

We also have Versafine Onyx Black which is fab for watercolouring!

Speaking of watercolouring we now also stock a range of Tim Holtz Distress Inks

If you are a regular visitor to my blog you will know that watercolouring with Distress Inks is one of my favorite methods of colouring. There is  a tutorial by me on the Pink Gem Designs website!

I am very sorry for not being around much lately...........I am so  very busy with Pink Gem Designs at the moment. We have added 3 new ticket sentiments to the website this evening........you can see these on the home page here

Party Kaya

I can't believe it.......the sun was shining through the window when I took these photos about half a hour ago..........and now it's blowing a snow blizzard!

No challenges again for me today as they all seem to be love and valentine themed and I have been very naughty and bought hubby one........well he sees everything I make lol!

A lot less fussy than my usual creations and quite quick to make.........not sure if it's me though lol!
