Diet Update!

Just thought I would give you an update on my slimfast diet
Last February I started a diet (just cutting out junk and eating sensibly)as I desperately needed to loose a stone for the Summer
After 3 months I lost half a stone then stuck fast neither going up or down
Just over three weeks ago I started the Slimfast plan as my Santorini holiday is fast looming on the horizon.......& I need to fit into my holiday clothes!
I refuse to buy 14's so when 12's get too tight I know it's time to take drastic action
I am a firm believer that buying bigger clothes is a slippery slope
This morning I have reached my target of loosing that other half stone.....that's a stone since Feb
So I am really pleased......been trying on my holiday clothes and they all fit perfectly :)

    Big congrats, so pleased you achieved the weight loss you wanted. Just wish I had had your success (I just ended up giving up!)

    Well done you. It;s hard losing weight. I too have lost 17.5 lbs since March. It's a nice feeling when your clothes start fitting again. Congratulations again. Cally x

    Way to go!!! Well done... It´s nice when you can wear your favorite clothes and the size you feel good.
    I'm happy for you... In the last month I lost 3 kg and feel very good but I need to loose more :) You are encouraging me today!!!!!!

    Wow Janet WELL DONE YOU makes loosing weight easier when you have a target to aim for..& a hubby who dosent want meat an 2/3/4 veg EVERY DAY gawd anything for an easier life..sigh..

    Wayhey!!! Brilliant Janet, congratulations, thats fantastic. Losing weight is a pain in the behind! I tried to lose a few pounds for my wedding which did happen but for some reason it just dropped off me after the wedding even easier!! Very Strange. I think the harder I try, the less comes off and the less I try the more weight drops off! Im sure you are so excited for your holiday. Lee xx

    Do not like the sound of shakes!!!
    Have tried slimmimg world & it works a treat, but am deciding wether to buy a ZUMBA Dvd.

    well done you, I am on the other side, i have just got up to 9 stone and in a size 12, I am so impressed with myself especially as i can only eat 5 things, got really excited when i got to 9 stone, better than being 5 stone :0) hugs pops x
