Papertake Weekly - Naughty Or Nice

My entry for this weeks Papertake weekly following a fab sketch by Dawny. I have made another Christmas card using my 'Meg In Hat & Scarf' stamp which is available from Pink Gem Designs.....see her here. This is a 6"X6" card so as you can see this is a very large stamp requiring a large acrylic block which we also sell on the PGD website.
The image has been coloured with Ciao Copics with Doodlebug Crushed Velvet added to Megs hat and scarf to give a nice fluffy effect

Little Gem & Snowflake

Another Christmas card this time made with 'Little Gem & Snowflake' which is one of the Christmas/Winter stamps onsale at Pink Gem Designs......see her here . I usualy colour Little Gem grey as that is the colour of 'my own little Gem' which the stamps are based on....she is a Carin Terrier. This time I have left her white with just a bit of blue shadowing for all the Westie fans out there! The image has been coloured with Ciao Copic Markers although there wasn't much colouring to be done with glamour dust added here and there for a touch of sparkle

A Lovely Award!

I have had this lovely award given to me by Shirley (Nannieflash) She is such a sweetie!.....Thank you Shirley! I am supposed to pass it onto others but this is something I am not good at so I would like to award it to all the lovely visitors who pass my way and leave such lovely comments!
I must apologise for my lack of card making at the moment but I am concentrating on some new stamp designs.
I was wide awake at 4.30 am this morning so decided to take a trip to the Next Sale which started at 5am (yes mad....I know lol) Well I couldn't believe how full the car park was when I arrived.....looked like a Saturday afternoon.......so I wasn't the only mad person & I did manage to bag a few bargains!

A card I made today using my Mimi 'Ice skating ' stamp which is available from Pink Gem Designs........see her here I have coloured her with Ciao Copic Markers and added Glamour dust to the fur on her clothes and snow. I have stamped and inked the White Coredinations CS with Brilliance Pearlescent Orchid ink........I thought it would make a change from using patterned paper and I enjoyed playing around with it!

Rodney Reindeer

I made this card today using my 'Rodney Reindeer' stamp. This is another of the Christmas stamps recently released by Pink Gem Designs........ See him here This is a very large stamp as are many of the PGD stamps especially the Christmas ones so you will need a large acrylic block. We now sell them on the website and they have finger grooves down the sides for an easy grip. See them here. The image has been coloured with Ciao Copic markers.

I think this has to be my favorite out of all the stamps I have designed so far 'Mimi & Snowman' She is so cute and such a dream to colour! She is available from Pink Gem Designs....see her here

I have coloured the image with Koh-in-oor pencils and Ciao Copic Markers.......with glamour dust added for a touch of sparkle.

Well I was so pleased as I was part way through making this card to find my new set of Sizzix snowflake dies had arrived through the letterbox........thank you Cutting Edge Crafts for your fabulous service once again! The large snowflake in the top corner was made with one of them which I covered with glamour dust and added a dewdrop to the centre. The smaller snowflakes were made with an X-cut punch
