Sweet Ebony

Had to have a play with my new Sweet Ebony stamp "Picking Apples" from Sugar Nellie. It arrived yesterday when I was at work but don't work Thursdays (apart from house work & shopping lol) so had a bit of time this afternoon too have a play! X

Yesterday I recieved this lovely wallet card and beautiful Tilda and Sugar Nellie images from my good Do Crafts friend Katy aka Krafty Katy from Katysbloggeroo . I sent her some Panduro stamped images and yesterday she was busy making cards for charity with them. Pop over to her blog and take a look at what she made, they are soooo beautiful! I Am Sooo Thrilled!

My doodles have been spotted and I have been approached by someone (can't say who just yet) and asked if I would design some stamps. Heidi's Hanglar & Stanglar Blog Candy

Heidi is offering the chance to win one of the beautiful Hanglar and Stangler stamps as blog candy along with some other H&S stamped images. I love these stamps but they are impossible to get hold of here in the UK at the moment. I have heard a rumour they may be coming into the country soon, Can't wait! Stamp Something/Papertake weekly Challenge

I had to make a thank you card today for someone and came across a new challenge site called Stamp Something and this weeks challenge is to make a thank you card. I love the colours lime and lilac so decided to also enter the Papertake Weekly Callenge this weeks theme being "Lucious Lime And Lilac". So I made one card which fit both challenges and here it is! X

Ismaki Callenge and Fathers day Card Number 1

This photo has come out a little dark as it as been such a dull day today after all the lovely sunshine we have had lately. Anyway I have made this today for fathers day using this weeks Ismaki sketch and my new Penny Black stamp "Aren't You Lovely".

Phew! - It's a warm one!

Too hot today to make cards! I have done my house work and now there is only one thing left to do and that is go make a bacardi and coke and sit in the garden! The chances of me making a card that isn't wonky after that is pretty slim so I will leave the card making for today lol!X

My April entry for Fabs Big Christmas Challenge . I made this using Pink Petticoats "Lola Rose Occasions" , background paper and "Girly Curly sentiments". Watercoloured with Jelly Roll Stardust Pens and stickles glue added after for extra sparkle.

Had another play with my Lola's Tea Party stamp this afternoon. I used the same colours as Rachael Anne Miller has this image coloured on her website. I bought a new pack of 36 Faber-Castell watercolour pencils and wanted to try them out.X

Santorini

Just booked my Jollydays to go to Santorini, Greece in July . It is a place I have always wanted to go to. We have been to a few of the Greek islands and we love them. Santorini is a volcanic island and is supposed to be very pretty and romantic. Anybody been??

Tagged Twice!

I have been tagged twice first my the lovely talented Deborah and secondly a lovely lady called Juliet whos cards are such a source of inspiration they have to be seen to be believed!

I have to answere some very difficult questions so here goes


If a movie was being made of your life who would you like to be cast to play yourself? and why?
Thats a tough one! I could think of two people who could play my parents instead, Jack and Vera Duckworth from Coronation street, they are just like them lol

You are spending a whole month on a desert island for charity and you have to choose your favourite celebrity to spend the first two weeks with & your least favourite celebrity to spend the second two weeks with, who would they be & why? I think Mel Gibson would be my choice of favorite celebrity to spend the first two weeks with and for the second two weeks my least favorite celeb would be David Platt from Corry. As long as he brings his iron bar with him then he can crack open all the coconuts!

What are your three favourite crafting products
Flowers, Ribbon, and stamps

If you could invent something to do anything what do you think it would be?
A food replicater like they have on Startreck. I hate cooking especially when trying to craft at the same time lol

What are the last three books that you read
Can't remember! It's been that long. I read a lot of magasines, I find it hard to concentrate reading books these days.

C+C, when I first started crafting I found it fascinating but now it bores me a bit.
